Before issuing a pre-qualification, I look at income, assets, and structure the way an underwriter will — so there are no surprises later. My goal is simple: clear communication, strong approvals, and smooth closings.
I specialize in Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA financing, along with manufactured home/ stick built one-time close construction loans, and creative structuring for self-employed and complex borrowers.
